Each apartment will be 7 x 4.5 total 31.5 m2 of apartment build up space with 4.5m2 of bathroom space and with 6m2 of open front terrace toward swimming pool and back garden area.
Front doors toward main lodge face is with vie on sand dunes while apartment back view of each apartment is open with huge glass door toward over swimming pool.
Using traditional materials like brick, traditional plates for roof and local timber we will keep cost down while no compromising on practicality of this project that needs to be fully functional and fit for its main purposes of providing comfort but also durable and with timeless traditional design.
Front side of the lodge will provide open fire - warm up are for hunting party meeting & gathering areas suitable for traditional hunting morning breakfast with bracken on the stick being smoked on to the open fire before going out hunting. Also front yard areas will provide parking for residents and private bar & restaurant guests and 4x4 that will collect parties to go out hunting in local areas that is overlooked from the lodge and each of 8 hinting areas can be accessed on less than 25 minutes from this perfect position making ideal for country lowers base and also entrepreneurs that like investing in some of local operations like : Driven Wild Boar Hunting, Driven Pheasants & Partridge Shooting, Big Carpathian Red Deer Hunting, Roe Deer Hunting, Moufllon Hunting, Driven Duck Hunting, Wild following, Volume Doves & Quail Hunting, Jackal Hunting, Horse Riding, 4X4 adventure driving, paintballing, biking, cycling, bird watching, the forest next door is 90 000 acres of Hunting land that is not utilised properly even if it is on just over 1 h from Belgrade but with new Belgrade Waterfront development it will be perfect country sport and outdoor weekend activity location even for Belgrade City residence as well for foreign tourist and it can easily host 20 weddings per season too.

- organising legal limited company that will be holding ownership 15 main investors as equal share holders 12 parts of company will belong to investors as investors of each individual apartments + 3 parts of this company will be my personal ownership of local restaurant bar & swimming pool and letting agency that will operate the whole place when you are not there and let apartments for you and employ full time staff all year around.

I have shot with Lasarotta Ltd for the last three seasons, sometimes firing 20 shots per day, these pigs are fast and very cunning. There are some easy shots and a lot of close contact shooting, one can hear a sounding of pigs a few yards away and never see one. There are guns that consistently shoot a lot of pigs, they have the right equipment and know how to use it, other guns seem to hit a lot of trees or get over excited. We shoot over all types of cover, from open hilly beech forests too marshy scrub where the pigs clear flooded ditches in one bound, can’t wait till the next season.

My first ever wild boar was a big animal 17.5cm tusks taken with Lasarotta in Serbia made a grand Trophy Head. I shoot two good boar in Croatia. It was the first class driven wild boar trip. I was really impressed with first two trips so I have booked again for November. Hope to be lucky again.

As a fairly novice driven boar hunter, but very experienced stalker and all round shooter, I enjoyed my first trip to Croatia as much as any. Lasarotta put on three days of amazing driven boar shooting for our team. As per the norm, it is not usual to get both quality and quantity, but personally I'd much rather shoot a good, wild pig in Croatia than several fenced in pigs in Germany! Our group bagged 27No. boar during the trip, 2No. of which were to my rifle, including a 180kg bronze medal Keiler with my first ever shot at a boar. Naturally I was delighted with this and my sincere thanks go to Lasarotta's organiser, Bogdan, and all the people in Croatia who made this possible.
